The Values Hub Development Team
We love to talk about values!
We are in the process of constructing an ever-expanding repository of podcasts, along with a multitude of beneficial materials. Each is thoughtfully crafted to equip our growing community with profound insights into global perspectives, filtered through the foundational principles of personal and shared values.
This growing library is not just a collection of information, but a curated selection of knowledge and viewpoints that encourage understanding, dialogue, and reflection on the various ways in which values shape our interpretation of the world around us.
Through this initiative, we aim to foster a supportive environment where learning and values intersect to enrich our collective experience.
We invite you to join us on this journey together.

Customized reporting, ease of use, speedy preparation, accessible anytime – these are all the characteristics that led me to develop a reporting tool that supports and informs conversations with my clients.
I want to invest my time preparing to meet with my clients and develop insight rather than preparing reports. Our vision is for a reporting tool that is fully customized to meet the needs of individuals, groups, and values coaches, and would do all the document heavy lifting, freeing up valuable time for reflection and preparation for conversation.
BARBARA (BAR) McCLURE
Ft. Worth, Texas
// Values Expert and Podcast Presenter
Bar’s interests lie primarily in human flourishing: what it is and how to experience it. She has pursued this question in a variety of contexts including institutions of work, worship and learning, as well as within the context of a counselling practice.
Her driving questions include “What does it mean to be a human being and how do our understandings of that shape our work and life together?” Using theological, social philosophical and psychological resources, she explores the assumptions that ground many practices–including relationships and leadership. Her interests and commitments are deeply informed by her experience of being born and raised for almost twenty years in remote areas of East Africa as the daughter and granddaughter of Presbyterian (PCUSA) missionaries.
She is the author of three books, and a number of articles and book chapters.

Valuable information requires excellence in presentation. As a professional musician and speaker, I place high value on the quality of the presented content. I strive to meet the technical requirements video and audio content requires.
“More engagement, more creative delivery, and less distraction” are always in the forefront of my mind when I am producing podcasts or video presentations.

// Software Design and Website Experience
The development of the software we use to generate the values reporting is designed to be intuitive, powerful, attractive, accurate, and accessible. I believe that computer programming should take complex issues and break them into simplified steps that help people accomplish their purposes in service to others.
My mission as a programmer is to listen and then build something special – I think we accomplished this with the automated reporting tools for the Values Hub.
