OverviewThe Hall-Tonna method for identifying personal, team, and workplace values is a comprehensive approach that provides opportunity for deep insight into the values we hold personally, and share with others. It’s not “google” approach – looking online and finding a random collection of words that seem like they should fit. By using a combination of a web-based inventory that produces insightful reporting, and an online Certification Manual, your values coach engages you in conversation designed to support the development of personal insight for immediate application to your personal and professional life.
Certification Level IA Certified Values Coach demonstrates the capacity and skill to facilitate others in uncovering insights into their own values development pathway. If you have interested, one of our Certified Hall-Tonna Certification trusted practitioners will be in touch.
