For many years, the study of values and the structured approach presented in the methodology we use at the Values Hub was unknown. At least unknown to me. The notion of values - both personally and in the workplace was certainly familiar, and it motivated much of my work in the not-for-profit sector.
Whether teaching in a private college, developing web-based adult learning, or implementing humanitarian projects overseas, looking back, all the values I have come to know and love were right there. I can see over the course of my life and career, a passion for the values of collaboration, pioneerism, innovation, and creating something new.
